Implementation Committees

Steering Committee - this 17 person committee will prioritize the strategic plan goals and action steps and oversee the implementatio process; recommendations for funding of action steps will be made to the finance committee.

Finance Committee - this 7 person committee will oversee funding directed to the strategic plan and will approve any funding of recommendations from the steering committee.
